Have you ever been so excited to do something that you just didn\u2019t? Does that even make sense to anyone but me? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve wanted to document our journey, our farm, our lives \u2013 for years. We\u2019ve had one heck of an adventure to even get to this point, and I have no written words to show for it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So here I am \u2013 making the time (and finally having the mental capacity) to make it official : the blog. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m hoping this will be a place to put my thoughts to, well, computer\u2026 along with recipes, trials and failures, tips and tricks, diy projects, fun family escapades, and the absolute mundane that also contains so much beauty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With all of that in mind, hello and welcome! I\u2019m Mindy. On the surface, I\u2019m just a southern girl with a charming twang\u2026 but, give it a minute, and I\u2019ll blow you away with my cooking and willingness to try most anything. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are some fun facts about me : I didn\u2019t like coffee until I was in my mid-30\u2019s, the color red is always repulsive, and my dream is to be a world traveler when I grow up. Until I do, I\u2019ll be over here cooking foods from all over, so I\u2019ll be prepared when the time comes\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
